Busy Days...

I have had a couple of busy days. Yesterday after homeschooling was finished, I spent a couple hours straightening up the house. I did some major cleaning last week, and I don't want to have to do that again for a while, so I touched up here and there.

Last night, we were able to attend church with my brother and his family. Their church is having their Land of Canaan Jubilee. Last night's speaker was Tony Hutson. I really enjoy being in a church that is ALIVE and on FIRE for God. My husband and I will be attending the Friday's services. I am looking forward to hearing from several Men of God.

Today, we quickly finished our homeschooling and headed off to the dentist. I had to take Monkey, he has a baby tooth that is going to have to be pulled. So next Tuesday, I'll be back there having a tooth pulled. ( I won't, but Monkey will.  Then this afternoon, I spent time doing laundry. I just love when this job is completed - when all the clothes are washed, dried and neatly folded and/ or hanging on hangers. It's a real sense of an accomplishment. At least it is in our house.

I love the job that I have been called to do... Being a wife and mother. There is nothing like it. I remember when I taught school, how I seemed to not have anytime for my home and family.Thank the Lord, for allowing me to leave the work world and enter the real work force - HOME. I know that there are many ladies that are not able to be at home with their families. In fact, I was one of them, until a few years ago. You can read about it in my About Me in the sidebar. For those that are working and want to be at home - Pray! God will provide a way for you to be at home.
